From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel right at home. Dr. Hand and their team not only provided top-notch medical care but also took the time to listen and answer every question I had, no matter how small. The other provider, Dr. McQuilliams ("Dr. Q") even stopped in despite having his own busy schedule. This hopefully punctuates the point I am trying to make which is the fact you can tell they don't just see this as a paycheck and that providing compassionate, top-notch care seems to be their baseline.It can be stressful switching or picking a new veterinarian clinic, but I highly recommend the Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills.

I might have the rarest cats in existence. Two of them with a condition so rare, next to nothing is known about its cause.Dr. Q has been essential in keeping them alive and well. There have been times I felt like I lived at this place, but I don't mind because the staff is just amazing. And the care is fantastic. The front desk people are so friendly and hard working too. They never miss a beat. They have all gotten to know me at this point and I look forward to seeing them.I drive all the way from Derby for this place and I don't regret it one bit. At my previous vet (a good clinic, just very busy) I would spend FOREVER waiting just to be seen. I end up saving time driving all the way to this place because they don't keep you waiting.They've also saved me money by sending me to other vets who can perform the same procedures cheaper than they can. And they've even sent me to another pharmacy to save money. They really care.

I first met Dr. Landon McQuilliams when he worked for El Paso Animal Hospital. He was my dog's veterinarian for years. When he left, it took me a while to figure out where he had gone, but now he is treating our pups once again. Dr. Q is the best!! He is always upfront and honest. I have never had a service performed before the cost was disclosed to me which is not always the case at other offices. He cares deeply for all of the animals that he provides care for. We currently drive from Rose Hill to North West Wichita to see him. I simply don't trust anyone else to provide the level of care that he does for me and my pets. I highly recommend the Auburn Hills Animal Hospital! I tried 3 different places and they were all full and couldn't see my husband's cat which was an emergency. One hospital however was kind enough to refer me to Auburn Hills to which I've never knew was located there! I called and they worked us in! They were all so amazing and kind from the reception staff up! Their rates are very affordable as well and they talk to you not at you!
